Class Description

WASSCE/SSSCE Holders who have credits (A1-C6/ A-D Respectively) in the following Three (3) Core Subjects; English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credits (A1-C6) in Three Elective; Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics.

MATURE STUDENTS who have attained the age of 25 years or above at the time of application and have credits in Five (5) GCE ‘O Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics, in addition to passing an Entrance Examination and /or Interview.

Cytology, Histology and Embryology, Systemic  Anatomy, Biochemistry, Microbiology,  Epidemiology, Pathology-II, Pathophysiology, Regional Anatomy, Forensic Medicine, Pharmacology-I, Physical Diagnosis, Pharmacology-II, Introductory Surgery, Dermatology, Medicine-I, Medicine-II, Infectious Diseases, Surgery-I, Pediatrics-I, Obstetrics & Gynecology-I,-I Medicine-III,I Surgery-II, Pediatrics’-II , Geriatrics , Medical Law and Ethics, Obstetrics & Gynecology-II, Stomatology, Ophthalmology , Otorhinolaryngology, Nuclear Medicine, Surgery-III, Emergency Medicine, Medical Technic Training before Clinical Internship, Case Study or  Research Work

Requirements for Diploma in Medical Assistantship

How to Apply

Undergraduate Applicants It is announced for the information of prospective Applicants (Advanced Level/Mature/International Students/ WASSCE/SSSCE Candidates) and the general public that Application for Admission to Degree/Diploma/Top-Up Programmes of Study at the Kings & Queens Medical University College for Sep. 2021/2022 Academic is currently ongoing. Candidates who have Examination Results as at the time of Application, and 2021 Candidates awaiting results may apply. All applicants are to download the medical/physical examination form from the download section and send to Kings and Queens Teaching Hospital for assessments to be done.
